MGM Advantage is a founder member of the Pension Income Choice Association, a high-profile industry body dedicated to promoting the importance of ensuring customers get the best possible retirement income from their pension savings. The group is achieving widespread publicity for its work to make using the Open Market Option the default position for people at retirement.

PICA Chairman Tom McPhail (right) and the group recently attended a parliamentary briefing to launch its PICA White Paper (pdf 1.9MB) detailing its aims and objectives. Since the briefing, the Liberal Democrats have pledged to support (OMO) as the default option and include this in their manifesto.
