Valuation Actuary

Due to our recent restructure we are looking for Valuation Actuary within our actuarial team here in Worthing. The main responsibility of this permanent job is to support Balance Sheet Valuation and Reporting and will assist and deputise for the Senior Valuation Actuary as required.

Other responsibilities include ensuring the complete and timely provision of FSA Returns and other similar information, and providing support to the Finance team in the production of the Annual Report and Accounts.

About you

A team player with Life or Pensions valuation experience, you will be a Fellow or near qualified Fellow of the Institute/Faculty of Actuaries, with a minimum four years actuarial experience in life assurance or pension. With good knowledge of stochastic modelling, you will also have up to date knowledge of general FSA requirements, legislation etc.
