Part-time Help Desk Administrator / Receptionist
We are currently seeking an experienced individual to provide an efficient reception service to both internal and external customers.  This individual will also support the Procurement Manager with the administrative duties required to support Facilities.

About you

  • Front of house experience
  • Able to demonstrate ability to work under own initiative
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable & Presentable
  • There will be a requirement to cover for the other Receptionist on occasion and therefore flexibility is key
  • Reasonably IT literate (Outlook and some Excel along with the internet)
  • Must be customer focused
